Finding God, self, and community in wild spaces. The better we know our wild neighbors the more we'll discover ourselves.
A vision informed by Henry David Thoreau’s interpretation of sauntering, Jesus’ understanding of neighbor, Aldo Leopold’s concept of thinking like a mountain, Rachel Carson’s prophetic voice and John Muir’s way of capturing the beauty and uniqueness of wild neighbors with words.

Get ready for the SUMMER OUTDOOR WORSHIP EXPERIENCES!!!

I'm excited to announce that Summer Outdoor Worship Experiences at Hills Creek State Park and Ives Run Recreation Area starts TOMORROW!!!

Here is the schedule:

Hills Creek State Park- Saturday 3:00pm

Ives Run Recreation Area- Saturday 5:00pm

*Next week (June 15th) worship experiences are cancelled at both locations since I'll be out of town at church camp. Every Saturday following I will be there to lead worship.

*IMPORTANT- If you come to worship at HCSP and you are not staying at the campground please use the campground overflow parking area and walk to the Nature Center Amphitheater from there. If you come to worship at IRRA and you are not staying at the campground please use one of the public parking lots and walk to the campground pavilion. If you know that you will have difficulty walking from the parking area to the worship location please contact me and I will arrange shuttle transportation for you.

Peace,
